Assessment of the Impact of Social and Environmental Factors on Real Estate Prices in the Náchod Region

Each sector of human activity is linked to the prices, which generally affect the decisions of the man. Price as such can be determinative factor. The first part of this work is aimed at a general interpretation of the market mechanism, specification of a particular type of market, which is a real estate market and the definition of the factors that affect prices of real estate. In the next section there is described researched locality, which is the Nachod district in Kralovehradecky region, and methodology for assessing the impact of social and environmental factors on the prices of real estate for housing. The default for this property is a real estate database that provides information on prices, characteristics of the Czech Statistical Office, and other documents that serve as information on assessed factors. On the basis of these data there are examined interdependencies between them and the conclusion of this analysis provides an overview of knowledge. There is also assessed the building-up at this location and developing trends in the region.

Family policy of Královéhradecký region in the context of population development

The main objective of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the Conception of family policy in Kralovéhradecký region for the period 2012-2016. At first bachelor thesis contains theoretical basis of family policy at national and regional level, then it evaluates issued Conception of selected region according to foundations and in comparison with conceptions of other regions of the Czech Republic. The analytical part focuses on the analysis of demographic indicators which relate to family policy, as well as evaluation services and other realted areas. The second part of analysis is the questionnaire survey, which was realized for the extension of this bachelor thesis and also to find out about awareness about Conception among residents of the Kralovéhradecký region. Osídlení venkova Královéhradeckého kraje, jeho diferenciace a typologie

This thesis describes the typology of settlement in rural areas of Hradec Kralove region. Literature review focuses on explanation of "rural areas" and "urban areas" and definition possibilities of rural areas. Following part contains definition of rural area in Hradec Králové region along with demography characteristics of this region. These characteristics are used for creation of development potential typology of rural areas. Next part contains cartographic documentation of these territories with short description of each type. Knowledge is summarized and followed by discussion over others ways of solution in conclusion.

Planning care for clients with Alzheimer's disease in the Hradec Králové region

The theme of the thesis is the issue of planning social services for people affected by Alzheimer's disease and other types of dementia in the territory of the Hradec Králové region. Alzheimer's disease is among the most common causes of dementia, and the number of patients with the disease continues to grow. It is the increase in the number of clients with the disease that creates a new challenge to ensure the availability of social services, so that an individual approach is maintained in view of the patients' specific needs. The thesis contains a theoretical and an empirical part. The theoretical part briefly describes the clinical picture of Alzheimer's disease. Furthermore, this section focuses on the incidence of dementia both globally and in the territory of Europe. Some organisations and strategic documents dedicated to supporting and caring for those with dementia in the territories of France, Sweden and Switzerland are listed in this section. There is also a chapter that gives an idea of individual types and forms of care for clients with dementia manifestations in the Czech Republic. Nutrition of seniors in selected facilities of the social services of the Hradec Kralove Region

The thesis deals with seniors' diet in selected social services facilities of the Kralovehradecky region. The main aim of this project is to establish what kind of diet from a quantitative and qualitative point of view is served to the clients of these social services facilities. This was accomplished by collecting and subsequently analyzing in the lab all meals served daily for the duration of 7 days. Furthermore, there was an evaluation of the variety of food conducted. This evaluation was accomplished by observing the menu for a period of one month. Points were awarded only for non-repetitive foods and meals. The evaluation was based on the dietary diversity coefficient. This Diploma project also deals with clients' actual consumption of the served food in social services facilities. There was a client survey conducted, namely, the Mini Nutritional Assessment short form. This was done along with recording the clients' physical activity. Zhodnocení současného stavu a péče o vybraná chráněná území Královéhradeckého kraje

In this bachelor thesis has been evaluated 7 small-scale specially protected areas according to Methodology evaluation of present state and management in small-scale specially protected areas (SVÁTEK, BUČEK 2005). Total area of all selected protected areas is 427,43 ha. Selected small-scale specially protected areas are located in Hradec Králové region, specifically in district Náchod and district Trutnov. There are evaluated 1 national natural monument, 1 nature reserve and 5 natural monuments. Present state of 1 natural monument is excellent, 3 natural monuments are in good condition and 3 small-scale specially protected areas are in average condition. Management of 1 natural monument is excellent and good in others selected small-scale specially protected areas. Results has been compared with results of evaluation of others small-scale specially protected areas of Eastern Bohemia (VENCL 2010).
